A high-performance 3-conductor power cable designed for uncompromised audio applications, the Furutech FP-S032N embodies the craftsmanship and technical expertise that define Furutech’s premium range.
Each conductor combines a central core of 1 × 37 strands of Alpha OFC copper (0.25 mm) with 2 × 37 strands of silver-plated copper, giving three 2.5 mm² conductors. Each bundle is individually insulated in a 3.4 mm polyethylene sheath, then the whole assembly is double-protected by a 12 mm inner PVC sheath and a braided shield of 9 × 24 strands of 0.12 mm Alpha conductors.

Alpha α anti-magnetic treatment
Furutech’s proprietary process, applied to all metals, involves two steps. The second, developed with the Japanese company Sekiguchi Machine Sales, makes Furutech cables exceptional conductors for every signal involved in sound reproduction.
- Cryogenization of the metals at −250 °C in liquid nitrogen, to consolidate their molecular structure and significantly improve conductivity.
- Exposure to a powerful magnetic field created by ring magnets, with continuously controlled force, to remove any residual magnetism.
High-performance Schuko plug
Gold-plated copper contacts with the same Alpha α treatment, plus Furutech’s patented Floating Field Damper System, which channels the stray magnetic and electrostatic fields created around screws and clamps to the ground instead of letting them disturb the signal.
The body is made of nylon and fiberglass composite injected with carbon particles, highly resistant to shocks, arcing and heat. Furutech’s Wire Clamp system secures the three color-coded conductors and increases the contact surface by about 17%.
Viablue Filter 18
Viablue ferrite filters remove high-frequency electromagnetic interference (EMI) and the noise it induces in audio cables, for a cleaner signal. They slide onto the cable and are secured with two M4 hex screws.
